Whether you already have fitness goals, or are in the process of trying to decide what those should be, you can benefit from Total Body Fitness trainers. Former Mr. Missouri, Mike Rubottom, or any of the certified trainers on staff will be more than happy to work with you.  Working with a personal trainer will help keep you motivated and will help you reach your goals by teaching you effective exercise techniques in a safe and fun environment.

We provide on-site child care.

Child care is provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  It is then offered again in the evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. except for Friday evenings, it closes early at 6:00 pm.  On Saturdays, child care is available from 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. Childcare is free with all memberships.

Tanning booths are also available at Total Body Fitness.  Tanning sessions are not included with a membership but can be purchased.  We offer packages and a tanning draft.  The tanning draft was designed to make it easier for our members and allows for the tanning charge to be withdrawn with your monthly fees.

Ten Tans:  $27.00

Twenty Tans:  $47.00

One Month Unlimited:  $32.00

Tanning Draft:  $19.99/month  (for 12 months)

After your work out you can relax with the perfect protein shake made at the club by our staff.  We also sell a variety of health supplements including:
