Who We Are

We have been serving members in Jefferson County since 1996.  We are proud to be a locally owned and operated business.  We have the best upscale fitness club in the area with attentive and knowledgeable staff, a variety of work out equipment and a clean and comfortable facility. 

Mike Rubottom, Owner

At a young age Mike knew his passion was geared towards the health and fitness industry. After winning his first title, Mr. Missouri, in 1988 he became inspired to open his own gym and did so in 1996. Ever since he has been helping people achieve their fitness goals through his experience and knowledge as a personal trainer.
